Welcome to Automailer. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using Automailer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Automailer. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
You agree not to use the application in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or harmful to others.
The content, features, and functionality of Automailer, including text, graphics, software, and logos, are the property of Automailer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you generate through Automailer. By creating content, you grant Automailer a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.
Automailer operates on subscription plans. Purchased plans are non-refundable except as required by law.
Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information, is available at https://automailer.ai/privacy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Automailer following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
WE NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT automailer.ai IS FREE OF INACCURACIES, ERRORS, BUGS, OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR IS RELIABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR OTHERWISE VALID. automailer.ai IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, TITLE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF automailer.ai IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF automailer.ai INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA.
WE SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF automailer.ai, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
